Job description
OBGYN South is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN Physician to join our established, faith-based private practice in Homewood/Birmingham, Alabama . We welcome practicing physicians as well as 2027 and 2028 OB/GYN residents .
For more than 45 years, OBGYN South has served women and families throughout the Birmingham area. With two physicians recently joining the practice, another joining next year, and a planned facility expansion, we are continuing to invest in the long-term growth of our physician team.

Balanced OB/GYN Practice: Approximately 50/50 obstetrics and gynecology.
1:6+ Weekend Call with Double Coverage: Additional support includes a designated OB hospitalist.

Practice & Hospital
Located in Homewood, just outside Birmingham , the practice offers access to a broad range of women's health services and clinical resources, including:
Onsite mammography
Pelvic pain and urogynecology specialists
Maternal-Fetal Medicine on campus
Robotic surgery
Dedicated block OR time
Rotating clinical staff support
Physicians are affiliated with Baptist Health Brookwood Hospital in Homewood, which offers a Level III NICU and OB hospitalist support.
