Job description
One of the largest healthcare systems in Massachusetts is adding an OBGYN less than one hour from Boston. This is a unique opportunity in established community practice. Our physicians provide quality patient care in an office-based, independent, private practice-like setting, while enjoying the benefits of being part of a large health system.
nnAbout the Opportunity:
nn4-day work week
nCall 1:8
nOur providers practice both inpatient and outpatient obstetrics/gynecology with board-certified colleagues.
n163-bed community hospital
nInpatient obstetrics is practiced at the main campus, a 780-bed tertiary care center with a Level 3 NICU, dedicated OB anesthesia, and UMass Ob/Gyn residents.
nEpic EMR
n nCompensation/Benefits:
nnGuaranteed base salary commensurate with experience
nEmployer-funded retirement contributions of 8% of base salary with additional retirement plan options
nTuition reimbursement, student loan forgiveness support, and PSLF eligible employment
nConcierge services for relocation to include special mortgage promotions
nProfessional liability insurance coverage of $5 million per claim and $10 million aggregate
