Candidate Requirements
MD or DO Board certified or board eligible in OBGYN Eligible for an Iowa medical license Current DEA and prescriptive authority Clean malpractice & background history Recent NPDB self-query (within 30 days) J-1 and H-1B visa candidates welcome
