Join Crush-It as a Field Laborer!Crush-It is a fast-growing concrete and asphalt crushing company. We are hiring Field Laborers for our mobile concrete and asphalt crushing crews. No previous experience is required. We will train you.When hired, you will receive a $500 bonus after working with us for 60 days.What we offer:Earn approximately $1,225 per week working approximately 60 hours, before bonuses and per diemApproximately 20 hours of overtime per week, depending on production needsOpportunity to earn up to $180 in production bonuses per week based on tons crushedHotel fully paid by the company when travel is requiredCompany-provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)Hands-on training with heavy equipmentOpportunities for growth and promotionA career path to become a Crusher OperatorWhat will you do? As a Field Laborer, you will work with a small crushing crew and support daily operations.Your responsibilities include:Keeping the work area clean and organizedMoving materials, tools, and equipmentAssisting with basic maintenance under supervisionSupporting the Crusher Operator, Loader Operator, and ForemanFollowing all safety procedures and properly using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)Learning the basics of crusher operation and maintenancePreparing yourself to advance into positions with greater responsibilityImportant: This job requires travel.Our crews work at different projects and locations throughout Florida.You must be available to:Work away from home 5 to 6 days per week, with company-paid hotel accommodationsWork approximately 50–60 hours per weekWork outdoors in different weather conditionsWhat we're looking for: Hardworking, dependable, and punctual. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Ability to perform physical work. Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions. Commitment to safety and compliance with OSHA requirements. Availability to travel regularly. Reliable transportation. Basic mechanical knowledge is preferred, but not required.
