Job description
4+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, IT Operations, or Observability .
Strong hands-on experience with Dynatrace administration and monitoring .
Experience with Dynatrace OneAgent, dashboards, alerting, tagging, and Synthetic Monitoring .
Hands-on with DQL, Grail, Davis AI, Dynatrace API/Workflows .
Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD .
Strong troubleshooting, RCA, incident management, and production support experience.
Experience with Linux/Windows and cloud-native applications .
ServiceNow/ITIL and SRE best practices are preferred.
Strong communication and team leadership/mentoring skills.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Must be willing to work onsite in Seattle, WA.
