Job description
Truist seeks an Observability Lead-Sr. Infrastructure Engineer to define, implement, and scale enterprise observability.
You will lead metrics, logs, traces, and telemetry pipelines using OpenTelemetry, while integrating Open Source and commercial tools for production environments. You will work across engineering, SRE, and platform teams, guiding instrumentation, performance engineering, and event-driven patterns (Kafka).
