Job Summary
Medical City Plano seeks a full-time, board-certified OB/GYN to join a high‑performing OB Hospitalist team offering flexibility, professional support, and meaningful impact. This is a wonderful opportunity for physicians who enjoy hospital‑based practice and are looking for a collaborative and empowering environment.

Qualified Candidates
24‑hour shifts
No on‑call duties
Flexible, predictable scheduling designed to support work‑life balance
Physicians are required to work a minimum average of six shifts per month (18 shifts per quarter)
First assists available to support both OB hospitalists and private physicians
Strong, reliable back‑up call system
Provide emergency OB care, unassigned OBED and gynecological coverage, and assist with private MD emergencies
Supported by highly experienced operational and clinical teams to ensure your success
