StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 Pay Rate: $209.52 - $226.80
This facility is seeking an Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
* Schedule: 8a - 5p
* Practice Setting: Outpatient
* Type of cases and required procedures: gynecology procedures, no birthing center
* Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days, temporary privileges available
* EMR: Epic
* Certifications required: Basic Life Support (BLS)
* Licensure required: Must have an active Wisconsin license
