Opportunity Highlights
General Ob/Gyn Practice
12 provider group – 9 physicians, 3 Advanced Practice Providers (NP)
20-22 patients per day
Monday thru Thursday (8am – 4:45pm) – Friday (8am – 12noon)
Robotic surgery
Providers rotate to different locations depending on the needs
Location: OBGYN in Jacksonville at Baptist South | Women’s Care

Qualifications
MD/DO
Current and unrestricted state medical license or ability to obtain
Current and unrestricted DEA license or ability to obtain
Ob/GYN board certified/board eligible (ABOG, AOBOG)
Completion of ACGME Ob/Gyn residency program
Board certification required within 5 years of eligibility
Active BLS certification
