Job description

Join Atrium Health One Health as a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) serving the

Lincolnton community.

One Health is an independent, physician-led medical group with its own governance structure and leadership, intentionally designed to amplify clinician voice and support excellent patient care. One Health partners with Advocate Health—one of the nation’s largest nonprofit integrated health systems—to enhance access, strengthen resources, and support high-quality care across the region while maintaining One Health’s independent, provider-led model.

As a provider-led organization, One Health focuses on provider joy, reducing total cost of care, human experience, financial excellence, and care for all. Providers are supported by a strong operational infrastructure while retaining meaningful clinical autonomy—allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional patient care and building lasting relationships within the community.
