Job DescriptionOB/GYN Physician – Troy, NYPosition Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate OB/GYN Physician to join a growing healthcare team in Troy, New York . This position offers an excellent opportunity to provide comprehensive women's healthcare services, including obstetrics, gynecology, preventive care, and minimally invasive procedures. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary medical team.
Position Details Title: OB/GYN Physician
Location: Troy, NY
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday–Friday with shared call responsibilities
Practice Setting: Hospital-affiliated outpatient and inpatient practice
Responsibilities Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care to patients.
Manage prenatal, labor, delivery, and postpartum care.
Diagnose and treat gynecologic conditions and disorders.
Perform office-based and surgical gynecologic procedures.
Conduct preventive health screenings and wellness examinations.
Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and support staff.
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
Participate in shared call coverage and hospital duties.
Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
Completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency program.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
Eligible for or currently holding a New York medical license.
Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to evidence-based and patient-focused care.
Preferred Qualifications Experience with minimally invasive gynecologic surgery.
Robotic surgery experience preferred but not required.
Interest in teaching, quality improvement, or women's health initiatives.
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $320,000 – $450,000 annually (based on experience and productivity)
