Job description
Ob/Gyn – Multiple Openings near Phoenix, AZ
Federally Qualified Health Center seeks BE/BC OBGYNs to join their team
Competitive base salary offered plus annual productivity incentives – to be discussed with employer directly
Flexible workweek structured as four 10-hour or five 8-hour shifts
Built-in administrative time (4-5 hours weekly) for charting and care coordination
30-minute appointment slots for new patients, complex GYN, and high-risk OB visits
15-to-20-minute appointment slots for routine prenatal, postpartum, and GYN follow-ups
Standard outpatient clinic volume averages 18-22 patients per day
Comprehensive scope including low/high-risk prenatal, LARC insertions, colposcopies, LEEP, and minor in-office procedures
Surgical scope includes outpatient and inpatient gynecologic surgery
EMR: NextGen
Manageable shared call schedule across the OB/GYN specialty group – Dedicated call-only/laborist providers utilized to minimize off-hours call burden (position for call only available as well)
Good mix of OB and GYN
Spanish skills are a plus but not required

Four positions available – one is 30 minutes from Phoenix, one is 35 minutes from Phoenix, and two positions (one of which is call only) is 50 minutes from Phoenix
