OB/GYN Physician Opportunities Across Manassas, Haymarket, Warrenton & Gainesville, Virginia!
UVA Health OB/GYN is seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Obstetrician-Gynecologists to join growing collaborative, physician-led group serving patients across Manassas, Haymarket, Warrenton, and Gainesville. These positions provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care in a group practice setting. Physicians enjoy a balanced mix of office-based care, scheduled surgical time, and shared call responsibilities.

Clinical Responsibilities
Provide outpatient obstetric and gynecologic care
Participate in group-based OB call coverage with 24-hour shifts
Manage Labor & Delivery, postpartum care, ER consults, and emergent gynecologic surgeries while on call
Perform gynecologic surgeries including hysteroscopy, laparoscopy, and hysterectomy
OR block time
Call Schedule
Call is shared equally among physicians in a group model. The on-call physician is responsible for all inpatient OB/GYN care during the 24-hour call period.

Candidate Qualifications
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Eligible for Virginia medical licensure and DEA certification
Open to experienced physicians and recent residency graduates
Team-oriented, collaborative approach to care
Passion for women's health and interest in building long-term community relationships
The base compensation range for this role is $356,790 - $484,770 for a 1.0 clinical FTE status.
Individual compensation will be determined by fair market value and the selected candidate's qualifications, clinical experience, specialty training, credentials, and/or education. Please note that the pay range does not include any applicable incentive compensation programs, such as productivity, quality, non-productivity, or other incentives that may be available for eligible positions.
