Job Responsibilities Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care in an inpatient setting.
Manage a patient load of approximately 2 inpatients and 2 admissions per day.
Handle emergency department calls, with a focus on a delivery volume of 19 per month.
Collaborate with a supportive team including anesthesiology and general surgery backup.
Utilize Epic EMR for patient documentation.
Qualifications Must be board-certified in OB/GYN.
Proficient in managing deliveries and inpatient care.
Experience with EMR systems, preferably Epic.
Ability to work flexible and varied shifts.
Working Hours Varied 24-hour clinic and call shifts.
Skills Strong clinical skills in obstetrics and gynecology.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in decision-making and patient management.
