Job description
A well-established, community-focused women s health program in the western Chicago suburbs is seeking a BC/BE Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician to join a collaborative and high-performing clinical team dedicated to comprehensive, patient-centered care.
Position Highlights:
Full-time employed OB/GYN position with day-shift schedule
Schedule includes hours of general clinical time weekly (approximately 16 hours clinic and 3 4 hours surgery)
Balanced OB/GYN practice with a mix of obstetrics and gynecology (GYN-forward with flexibility)
Clinic volume averaging approximately 20 patients per session
Dedicated surgical time with access to robotic-assisted procedures
One 24-hour labor shift per week with post-call day off
Collaborative care model working alongside certified nurse midwives and maternal-fetal medicine specialists
Strong emphasis on continuity of care in a community-based setting
Supportive environment with advanced diagnostic and surgical technology
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive compensation range of $330K $425K annually
