OB/GYN Physician Leader Opportunity at Guthrie Lourdes Hospital in Binghamton, NY!
What does this leadership role involve?
This physician leader bridges the gap between OBHG's national infrastructure and the unique environment of their local hospital. They oversee clinical operations, foster collaboration between clinicians and hospital staff, and help align team goals with hospital priorities.
What we are looking for: Board-certified OB/GYN with strong clinical experience
Proven leadership and administrative skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Commitment to high standards in patient care and team collaboration

Responsibilities Collaborate with the MDO
Foster collaboration between clinicians and hospital staff
Oversee clinical operations
Shifts: five or more shifts each month
Traveling to address hospital and operational priorities as needed
About Guthrie Lourdes Hospital
The 197-bed hospital is an acute care and surgical facility that has served the Binghamton community since 1925. Delivering more than 1,000 babies each year, the hospital is home to a newly redesigned birthing center, private birthing suites, and educational classes for new parents. The hospital has also earned the Blue Distinction Center+ for Maternity Care designation through the Blue Distinction Specialty Care program.
