Job description
Locums coverage for an Obstetrics & Gynecology physician in New York, structured as 24 hour beeper call with inpatient rounding and ED coverage.
Highlights
24 hour beeper call format, scheduled as 7a to 7a
Average 4 to 6 calls per 24 hours
Maternity rounding plus ED coverage, deliveries can range from none to multiple in a shift
Support staff available in the ED and on the maternity and delivery floor
Practice Setting
24-hour call OB GYN coverage
Rounding on maternity and covering the ED while on beeper call
Support staff in the ED and on the maternity and delivery floor
Schedule
24 hour call shifts, 7a to 7a
Beeper call coverage
Dates to be determined
Credentialing timeframe typically 60 to 90 days, temps may be available around 30 days with a clean file

Requirements
Must be an MD or DO
Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
Active New York license required
DEA and CSR required
