Practice Details
Sanford Bismarck Clinic is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Maternal Fetal Medicine specialist to join a rapidly growing practice.
2 MFM physicians, 1 MFM advanced practice provider
9 OB/GYN physicians and 4 advanced practice providers
Dedicated sonographers and genetic counselors
26 bed Level IIIB NICU; over 1700 births
Local pediatric cardiology and neurosurgery services
Visiting pediatric subspecialties including: neurology, GI, nephrology, endocrinology, and rheumatology

Compensation Package
Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including a health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance.
Annual compensation of $650,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.
In addition, a $200,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)
