OB/GYN Physician Opening Bismarck, ND Located in Bismarck, North DakotaFull-Time, Permanent Practice Overview Full-time OB/GYN opportunity in Bismarck, North Dakota Join an established Women's Health team consisting of 5 OB/GYN physicians, 4 Advanced Practice Providers, and 1 Certified Nurse Midwife Practice at a hospital with a Level III NICU Access to both an Ambulatory Surgery Center and hospital-based surgical facilities Onsite fertility program Collaborative support from Urogynecology and Gynecologic Oncology specialists Growing pelvic floor therapy program Care for both low- and high-risk obstetric patients Access to the da Vinci robotic surgical system Well-established practice serving a rapidly growing community Opportunity to participate in outreach and satellite clinics Average office volume of 18 patients per day Approximately 600 deliveries annually Shared community call covering weekdays and weekends Compensation & Recruitment Package Base salary: $408,000 Additional earning potential through: Performance bonuses Quality incentives Production-based compensation Job Qualifications MD or DO Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology North Dakota medical license or eligibility Benefits Comprehensive employed physician benefits package Competitive base compensation Performance and quality incentive opportunities Access to robotic surgery Established multidisciplinary Women's Health team Fertility, Urogynecology, and Gynecologic Oncology support Opportunity for outreach practice Community DetailsBismarck, North Dakota's capital city, offers an outstanding quality of life with excellent schools, affordable living, and a strong, family-friendly community.
