Start Date: 05/29/2026
End Date/Duration: Permanent
Shift: Clinic 3-4 days/week, 12-14 patients/day; OR approximately 3 days/month; shared call (1 in 4 rotation)
Hours/Week: Flexible, based on schedule
Employment Type: Full-time, at-will
Licenses/Certs: Valid medical license in Vermont; Board Certified/Eligible in OB/GYN
Experience: Preferred prior OB/GYN practice experience
Pay & Benefits:
Salary Range: $280,000 $360,000 annually, based on experience and internal equity
Pay Package: Discussed upon application

What You ll Do:
Provide comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology care to a diverse patient population
Manage gynecologic consultations from primary care providers and midwives
Perform office-based gynecologic procedures and assist in minimally invasive surgeries
Participate in obstetric deliveries, including VBACs, water births, and epidurals
Maintain surgical volume with access to modern operating rooms
Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, and midwives
Engage in evidence-based practice within a supportive community setting
Contribute to a long-standing, stable practice committed to women s health
What You Need:
Valid Vermont medical license and current OB/GYN certification preferred
At least 2 years of OB/GYN practice experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care
