Clinical Role
ASAP startOngoing needSeeking 2 OB/GYN physiciansApproximately 3-6 days of coverage per month100% inpatient/hospital-based practiceMust be comfortable practicing independently in a rural setting Schedule & Call
24-hour call coverage, typically 7:00 am-7:00 amCoverage days varyBeeper/phone call1:5 call ratioCallback volume variesMust be willing to provide coverage in Cadillac, Gaylord, and Charlevoix, Michigan Practice Setting & Clinical Expectations
Broad-scope OB/GYN coverageRoutine vaginal deliveriesCesarean sectionsManagement of obstetric emergenciesTrauma Level I and Level II settingsOracle EMR Requirements & Credentialing
Board Certified in OB/GYN requiredActive Michigan medical license requiredCandidates requiring licensure will not be consideredBLS, ACLS, PALS, EFM, NRP, and DEA requiredBroad-scope OB/GYN experience, including routine deliveries, C-sections, and management of obstetric emergencies in a rural settingNo fellowship requiredMichigan residents preferred What's great about Cadillac, Michigan?
