Locum Physician - OB/GYN Location: Cadillac, Michigan
Join a dynamic rural healthcare team providing comprehensive OB/GYN services in Cadillac, MI. This hospital-based practice accommodates a variety of patient needs while supporting ongoing call coverage amid provider shortages. As a critical part of the community, your expertise will help maintain essential healthcare services in a welcoming environment.
Job Responsibilities Provide inpatient OB/GYN care, including routine deliveries and surgical consultations.
Participate in 24-hour call coverage, ensuring patient care continuity.
Manage obstetric emergencies effectively and efficiently.
Perform procedures such as cesarean sections and routine vaginal deliveries.
Collaborate with a small team to enhance the quality of women s health services.
Qualifications Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
Experience managing a broad scope of OB/GYN care in a rural setting.
Comfortable practicing independently with minimal supervision.
Clean malpractice history without any concerns or license issues.
License and Certification Requirements Active Michigan Medical License at the time of submission.
Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, EFM, NRP, DEA.
