Job description
Join WCS Healthcare Partners as a Vice Chair of the OBGYN department. This role offers a dynamic combination of clinical and administrative responsibilities, providing an opportunity to make a significant impact on both patient care and the educational development of residents. Collaborate with a dedicated team of specialists in a supportive and innovative environment.
Responsibilities Serve as Vice Chair of the OBGYN department, balancing clinical duties with approximately 30% protected administrative time.
Engage in teaching and precepting residents, delivering lectures, and participating in curriculum development within an established residency program.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including OBGYNs, Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists, Neonatologists, and Uro-Gynecologists.
Work in both inpatient and outpatient settings to provide comprehensive patient care.
Requirements Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology is mandatory.
Board Eligible or Board Certified in OBGYN.
Active New Jersey medical license required.
