TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced OB/GYN Physician to provide weekday call coverage at a community hospital in eastern North Carolina. This opportunity offers predictable delivery volume, strong specialty backup, and a collaborative hospital team environment.

Practice Environment
Setting: Hospital-based OB/GYN coverage
Labor & Delivery:
3 labor rooms
14 postpartum rooms
Level I nursery (no NICU; higher-acuity patients transferred)
Average Volume:
Deliveries: 27 per month
C-sections: 11 per month
Support & Coverage:
24/7 Anesthesia and Radiology coverage
Orthopedics and General Surgery on call
Team-based care model
Provider must remain within 20 minutes of the hospital while on call
Schedule & Coverage
Coverage Block:
Monday 8:00 AM Friday 8:00 AM
Coverage Type: Weekday call coverage
Length of Assignment: Ongoing locum need
Credentialing & Insurance
Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 30 days
