OBGYN opening in KentuckyFull timeCynthiana, KY5-Year AgreementCompetitive base salary with wRVU productivity bonusOverviewJoin a hospital-employed outpatient clinic practice providing full-scope obstetrics and gynecology care in a community-focused setting. This opportunity offers a supportive environment with experienced nursing staff and strong collaboration among physicians, ideal for both experienced providers and new graduates. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care Manage routine and high-risk pregnancies Perform deliveries and gynecologic procedures Diagnose and treat a wide range of women's health conditions Provide preventive care, screenings, and patient education Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure coordinated, high-quality care Schedule & Practice Details Outpatient clinic-based practice with hospital affiliation Full-scope OB/GYN responsibilities Shared call rotation (1:3) Strong clinical support from experienced nursing and care teams Practice Environment Independent, non-profit healthcare system with a long-standing history Over 100 physicians and advanced practice providers across multiple specialties Modern facilities with strong administrative support Integrated services including primary care, specialty clinics, EMS, and pharmacy Commitment to patient-centered, community-based care Qualifications MD or DO Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology New graduates and experienced physicians encouraged to apply Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary with wRVU productivity incentives Student loan forgiveness: up to $25,000/year (maximum $200,000) 5 weeks PTO (including holidays) 1 week CME Relocation stipend Residency/fellowship stipend available Health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement plans (401k or 457) with generous match On-site daycare available Practice Highlights Full-scope OB/GYN practice with strong support Balanced call schedule Opportunity to build long-term patient relationships Stable, community-focused healthcare system Location & Lifestyle Located in Cynthiana, a welcoming and family-friendly community Known for historic charm, excellent schools, and a relaxed lifestyle Convenient access to Lexington ( 40 minutes) and Cincinnati ( 1 hour) Close proximity to outdoor recreation, local events, and major highways Ideal balance of small-town living with access to metropolitan amenities
