Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Specialty: OB/GYN Hospitalist
Location: Davenport, Iowa
Schedule: 24-hour in-house coverage Dedicated Hospitalist Role
Why This Opportunity? Full-time dedicated OB/GYN Hospitalist position
High-volume practice with approximately 80 deliveries/month
24-hour in-house coverage for Labor & Delivery, OB/GYN triage, and ER calls as needed
No separate physician call expected

Practice Highlights Provide comprehensive hospital support for OB & GYN patients in a busy inpatient setting
Manage approximately 80 deliveries per month
Collaborate with a community healthcare partner ( FQHC ) and midwives
Serve as a regional referral resource for GYN patients
Daily rounding on post-operative and postpartum patients
Work within a multidisciplinary team including: Anesthesia
NICU
Midwives
Hospital and community healthcare providers
Collaborative care model focused on patient safety and community health

Requirements MD or DO
Board Certified in OB/GYN Required
Active Iowa medical license or willingness to obtain
NPDB Self-Query Report pulled within 30 days
Clean malpractice history strongly preferred
Candidates must have U.S. Board Certification
Malpractice history must not include cases requiring probate or ongoing supervision
