Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our OBGYN , you will be the cornerstone of women's healthcare in Dickinson, ND, providing full-scope obstetrics and gynecology services. This includes comprehensive care from prenatal to postpartum , routine gynecological exams, and complex procedures, enabling you to build lasting patient relationships and make a significant community impact. You'll operate within a modern, well-equipped facility, supported by a collaborative team of nurses, midwives , and support staff, ensuring you have the resources for high-quality patient care and professional growth within our thriving region.
Everyday you will experience a manageable patient volume, allowing for personalized, high-quality care without the typical burnout. Your mornings will involve a mix of prenatal appointments, gynecological exams, and guiding expectant mothers, with afternoons bringing the profound satisfaction of delivering new lives , navigating challenging diagnoses, or engaging in vital community health education. Generous base compensation $440,000
Starting loan $50,000

Ultrasound, NST's, colposcopy and Leeps done in office
Dedicated Surgical Blocks
The facility sees 600+ deliveries per year

Job Requirements
Required Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
Board certification or eligibility in OBGYN
Active or eligible license in the state of North Dakota
Strong clinical skills with experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with women, families, and healthcare professionals
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to women and families
