Obstetrician-Gynecologist (OB/GYN)
Compensation: $325,000 $410,000
Call Schedule: 1:4
She Recruits is representing a hospital-employed OB/GYN opportunity within a well-supported women s health service line.
This full-scope role offers balanced obstetrics and gynecology responsibilities with shared call coverage.
Practice Overview Established OB/GYN team
Strong referral base
Dedicated labor and delivery unit
Access to surgical suites and support staff
Responsibilities Provide full-spectrum OB/GYN care
Manage prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care
Perform gynecologic surgeries
Participate in 1:4 shared call rotation
Collaborate with nursing and surgical teams
Qualifications MD or DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible
Eligible for Indiana licensure
