Baldwin Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible OB/GYN to join a thriving, hospital-employed women's health practice located just minutes from the stunning beaches of the Gulf Coast. Join an established team of OB/GYN providers in a single-specialty practice
Office conveniently located adjacent to the hospital campus
Opportunity to perform both routine obstetrics and advanced gynecologic procedures
Robotic surgery experience preferred, but not required
Dedicated clinical and administrative support staff for each provider
Strong referral network and growing patient population

Anticipated start date: 2027
Comprehensive Recruitment Package Competitive Base Salary: $400,000+ with earning potential exceeding base compensation
Commencement Bonus: $50,000
Medical Education Debt Assistance: Up to $75,000 paid over three years
Productivity Incentive: WRVU-based bonus opportunity
Relocation Assistance: Up to $15,000
