Job description
Coverage Type: Locum Tenens
Location: Fort Myers, FL
Assignment Details
Setting: Inpatient NICU Level III
Shift: 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
Coverage Needs: Weekdays and/or weekends
Priority: Weekend coverage
Call: None
In-House Only: No call backs
Clinical Environment
High-acuity Level III NICU
Must be comfortable working alongside CNMs
High-risk patient workload expected
Required Certifications
BLS (AHA)
PALS (AHA)
NICA membership (documentation/receipts required)
Experience Requirements (Initial Appointment)
Candidates must meet one of the following:
Option 1
At least 50 deliveries in the past 12 months, including:
Minimum 5 C-sections
At least 25 gynecologic surgical procedures in the past 12 months, including:
Minimum 10 major gynecologic open or endoscopic cases
OR
Option 2
Successful completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited residency, fellowship, or clinical research program within the past 12 months
