Job description
We are looking for multiple Obstetrician/Gynecologist s interested in joining a dynamic and growing new practice in multiple locations within Dallas and Fort Worth. Texas !
Program attributes:
Full-scope outpatient obstetrical and gynecological care, with multiple venues for gynecological surgery
More days off than a typical practice and manageable call shifts, with the OB/GYN team providing back-up call coverage for CNM hospitalists with PRN pool to fill in for team vacations and extended leaves
Comprehensive care team to support you and your patients (including LCSWs, lactation, education and other specialists)
Innovative and integrated tech platforms to drive patient engagement and to create efficiency for providers
Responsibilities:
Provide patient-centered, full-scope outpatient OB/GYN care to women across the lifespan,
Perform gynecological surgery in the office and at our partner hospital facilities
Collaborate and consult with other care team members, co-managing individual cases as needed, and working together to ensure exceptional patient care across the practice
Ensure strong communication and coordinate with other clinical and non-clinical team members to ensure a strong patient experience and productive work environment
Complete all required documentation accurately, timely and thoroughly, including finalizing notes and managing patient inbox in a timely fashion
Qualifications
Board certified or eligible in obstetrics/ gynecology
At least one year of experience is preferred
Patient-centered - valuing patient preferences/choice, shared decision making, and a holistic approach to care
Active DEA license
Licensed to practice in TX
