OB/GYN Central Nebraska $460K Base + Incentives 8 Weeks PTO Join a collaborative women's health team within a well-established regional healthcare system serving Central Nebraska. This full-scope OB/GYN role offers advanced clinical resources, subspecialty support, and flexibility for both experienced physicians and new graduates.
Position Highlights Collaborative team with physician and certified nurse midwife support
Full-scope obstetrics and gynecology with access to Da Vinci robotic surgery
Level III trauma center with Level III NICU and dedicated Labor & Delivery services
Optional teaching opportunities through an academic affiliation with a regional medical school
Dedicated ultrasound services in both the clinic and hospital
Advanced women's imaging services, including breast imaging, available onsite
Schedule Flexible schedule with approximately 20 clinic hours per week
Team-based care model designed to support work-life balance
Compensation & Benefits Starting salary of $460,000 plus productivity incentives

Candidate Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
