Opportunity Highlights Schedule: Start Date: October 14, 2026 Ongoing Clinic Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:30-5:00, Friday 8:30-12:00 Call shifts are 24 hoursJob Setting: Outpatient and Inpatient 116-bed hospital Level 2 Nursery Level 3 Trauma FacilityTypes of Cases: Low and high-risk OB, routine and complicated deliveries (vaginal, C-section, breech, multiple births, VBAC, abruptions)FHR interpretation (NST/CST/FSE), OB Ultrasounds (Level I & II), AmniocentesisRepair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerationsOffice/minor gynecology (IUD, Cystoscopy, Colposcopy, Cryosurgery, LEEP, etc.)Surgical gynecology - Open, Laparoscopic (diagnostic/minor and operative/major)Emergency GYN surgeries and consults from the EDClinic schedules range from 15-25 patients per day; ultrasound available in clinicApproximately 540 annual deliveries; average daily OB census: 2 patientsInfants weighing less than 1,500 grams are transferred to a higher level of careProviders will be covering both hospital and clinic simultaneously EMR System: Athena & MeditechCall: Coverage for both inpatient and outpatient call Beeper call 10-minute call response time required Minimum Requirements Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified requiredCertifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS requiredLicensure: Must be licensed in South Carolina (SC) only; IMLC not acceptedCredentialing: Estimated timeframe: 30 days Temporary privileges available Hospital/surgery center privileges required Admissions required About VISTA Staffing A ClearlyRated Best of Staffing Client and Talent 10-Year Diamond Award winner, VISTA has 30 years of experience optimizing continuity of care for hospitals, medical practices and government agencies across the US.
