Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician Locum Tenens Job in Hartsville, South Carolina Seeking an experienced Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician for a locum tenens opportunity in Hartsville, SC 29550. Job Details Position: Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician Employment Type: Locum tenens Specialty: OBGYN / Women's Health Setting: Combined clinic and hospital coverage Location: Hartsville, SC 29550 Start Date: October 14, 2026 Coverage Need: Ongoing coverage beginning in October Clinic Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:30 AM-5:00 PM; Friday 8:30 AM-12:00 PM Call: 24-hour call shifts Patient Volume: Approximately 15-25 clinic patients per day; about 2 OB patients per day Weekly Estimated Pay: $6,270-$7,420 Candidate Preference: Local or drive-in physicians preferred Job Requirements Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology required Minimum of 1 year of experience in Obstetrics & Gynecology Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required Strong experience in both outpatient clinic and hospital-based OBGYN care Comfort managing call coverage and urgent gynecologic needs Experience with obstetric ultrasound and routine women's health procedures preferred Experience with low-risk and high-risk pregnancies preferred Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a patient-centered care environment Responsibilities Provide comprehensive OBGYN care in both clinic and hospital settings Manage routine office visits, follow-up care, and patient consultations Support labor, delivery, and inpatient obstetric coverage as needed Perform and interpret obstetric ultrasounds, including screening and targeted studies Handle call responsibilities, including emergency gynecologic surgeries and ED consults Provide care for low-risk and high-risk pregnancies Manage deliveries and assist with complex obstetric cases when needed Perform common gynecologic procedures and support surgical gynecology cases Collaborate with the care team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered women's health services Apply now for this locum tenens Obstetrics & Gynecology physician opportunity in Hartsville, South Carolina, and join a dedicated healthcare team today.
