Practice Details
This position offers a balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient care with strong clinical infrastructure and excellent physician collaboration. You ll work in modern OB facilities with access to advanced surgical technology and a robust, multidisciplinary support network, including:
Maternal-Fetal Medicine Tri-State Perinatology
Reproductive Endocrinology Boston IVF at The Women s Hospital
Urogynecology Urogynecology & Pelvic Rehabilitation
Gynecologic Oncology The Women s Cancer Center
Whether you re building confidence as a new graduate or expanding your scope as an experienced OB/GYN, you ll have the support needed to practice high-quality medicine without feeling isolated or overwhelmed.
Compensation & Benefits
First Year Guarantee of $500,000
Beginning in Year 2, you will be eligible to earn productivity bonuses in addition to a base salary.
$75,000 sign-on bonus
Up to $90,000 student loan repayment
$2,000/month residency monthly stipend up to 24 months
Opportunity to supervise APPs

Malpractice insurance provided
5 days CME + $3,500 annual CME allowance
248 hours of PTO, including 6 paid holidays
