Locums Obstetrics And Gynecology Physician in Iron Mountain, Michigan - Long-Term Coverage
Build a recurring monthly schedule with 24-hour OB and GYN coverage and the option for limited weekday prenatal clinic responsibilities.
Highlights
Any active U.S. medical license accepted
7-10 days of coverage per month
Long-term recurring assignment
Laborist and call-only candidates considered
Practice & Cases
Adult OB and GYN care with labor and delivery responsibilities
Approximately 12 clinic patients and 1-2 hospital patients per shift
Routine and complicated deliveries, including C-sections, breech, multiple births, and VBACs
Support includes RNs, medical assistants, APP coverage, and administrative staff
Schedule
24-hour coverage shifts
Beeper call with a 15-minute response requirement
Recurring 7-10 day monthly coverage
Limited prenatal clinic coverage may be included on weekdays
Requirements
Must be an MD or DO
Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology or Board Eligible within five years
Any active U.S. medical license accepted
BLS required
Logistics
