Job description
Adventist Health Castle (AHCS), in beautiful Kailua, is actively seeking a full-time, Obstetrics-Gynecology (OB-GYN) board certified or eligible physician. The ideal candidate will be community and mission-oriented, dedicated to providing high-quality, comprehensive OB-GYN medical and surgical care services, including minimally invasive Da Vinci Robot procedures. Incumbent will have a commitment to exceptional patient care, and a passion for serving the Windward community and beyond.
The incoming OB-GYN physician will join a well-established team-oriented practice. If you are a well-trained physician interested in a long-term career, serving a unique beach community among an experienced, family-oriented staff, this is a once in a lifetime opportunity for you. The ideal candidate will have a commitment and interest in a family-friendly office culture serving multi-generational patients throughout Oahu.
Candidates must be Board Certified or Eligible, Hawaii licensed or become Hawaii licensed, and meet the hospital’s medical staff credentialing standards.

Adventist Health Castle qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness as a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit hospital.
Compensation is $275,000.00 per year
*Total compensation may vary based on additional services, including call coverage, administrative services, performance bonus, etc. Compensation may also vary based on productivity after initial guarantee period.
