What You ll DoProvide inpatient OB/GYN care including managing pregnancy and postpartum conditions
Perform major and minor abdominal and vaginal surgical procedures
Be on-call for precipitous deliveries, both vaginal and cesarean sections
Consult with the emergency department and gynecology team
Conduct daily rounds on admitted patients
Support hospital staff with OB/GYN procedures and urgent cases
Respond promptly to emergent OB/GYN situations and ensure patient safety
What You NeedValid medical license in Nebraska
Extensive OB/GYN procedural experience
Ability to perform obstetric and gynecologic procedures confidently
Flexible availability to cover 24/7 shifts
Strong teamwork and communication skills
About the Assignment
This assignment supports a regional hospital serving a diverse patient population with obstetric and gynecologic needs. Covering inpatient services and emergency call, the provider will work within a team dedicated to delivering high-quality care in a compassionate setting. The hospital is a 268-bed acute care facility located in Kearney, offering a supportive environment for locum professionals.
