Practice high-quality obstetrics in one of Tennessee s premier academic medical centers, without sacrificing work-life balance. Whether you re passionate about academics or simply enjoy practicing alongside residents and fellows, you ll be supported by an experienced team in a high-acuity environment. Academic experience is welcomed, but not required.
Position Highlights
Flexible scheduling with 7 24-hour shifts or -hour shifts per month for full-time
Established OB Hospitalist program celebrating over 10 years of success
Collaborative faculty of 7 OB Hospitalists and 1 Maternal-Fetal Medicine physician
Recently renovated physician lounge and sleep rooms designed for overnight comfort
Practice Highlights
Academic appointment with opportunities to teach OB/GYN and Family Medicine residents plus MFM fellows
Level IV Maternal-Fetal Care, Level III NICU, and Level I Trauma Center
High-volume program with 5,100 annual deliveries and 2,700 GYN surgeries, including robotic procedures
Opportunities for quality improvement, clinical research, faculty development, and mentorship
