MUSC Health Catawba Division is seeking an OB/GYN to join an established department of OB/GYNs at a new location on our comprehensive medical campus in Indian Land, SC. As a partner and collaborator with our academic medical center, you ll have access to advanced technologies such as specialty and sub-specialty diagnostic support, and direct affiliation with clinical centers of excellence, all to better empower you to increase and optimize care locally.
MUSC Health Catawba Division includes Lancaster and Chester counties located within minutes of the booming suburban area of the greater metropolitan area of Charlotte, NC. Residents of the area enjoy some of the best schools in South Carolina and a very affordable cost of living.
Required Qualifications:
Board Certified/Board Eligible in OB/GYN
Unrestricted SC licensure
Federal and state-controlled substance registration

Practice in a new location in a booming community
Call is 1:5
Our OB/GYN group averages about 550 deliveries annually and sees approximately 20 patients daily per physician.
Well trained Ultra sonographer in office
Seasoned L&D and OR clinical support staff
40% Obstetrics/60% Gynecology; opportunity for more OB as clinic grows
Level 2 nursery
Clinic located on new comprehensive medical campus scheduled to open in Indian Land in 2028

MUSC Health is building a comprehensive medical campus in Indian Land, South Carolina designed to meet the evolving needs of this rapidly growing and diverse community, home to families, 55+ neighborhoods, and vibrant mixed-use developments. The new campus will include a three-story medical office building (opening in 2027) and MUSC Health Indian Land Medical Center, a full-service hospital anticipated to open in 2028.
The MUSC Health Indian Land Medical Pavilion broke ground in 2025 and will expand access to expert care steps away from the MUSC Health Indian Land Medical Center hospital. Designed to bring primary and specialty care under one roof, this modern facility will offer convenient access to a range of services, from primary care, comprehensive cancer services, advanced cardiology care, orthopedics, and women's health, all in one convenient location. As part of South Carolina's only comprehensive academic health system, the Indian Land Medical Pavilion reflects our vision for the future: personalized care, right around the corner.
