Opportunity Overview Locum Tenens Opportunity Prime Staffing is seeking a qualified provider for an exciting assignment.

Coverage Details:
•Coverage needed per month: hourly shifts / 8 hrs each / 2-3 day stretches / 2 weeks per month, 8a-4:30p
•Frequency of any Call needed: PRN
•Schedule Details: 8am-4:30pm / most likely Mon, Tues, Wed
Work Details:
•Support staff: clinic nurses, front office staff; 1-2 nurses/provider, registration staff, Clinical Supervisor, Office Supervisor, and Practice Manager
•Patient Volume: 20-25 patients/day depending on the reason for visit
•Patient Age Group: 14 - 90 if OB and GYN
•EMR/Documentation System: EPIC
•Special Procedures/Unit Details: minor procedures -EMB, Colpo, pessary maintenance, PAPs
•Special Equipment Used: Colposcope - or can refer colpos to other providers in the office.
Requirements:
•Are Board Certifications Req'd?: BC or BE OBGYN
•Which State License(s) Req'd?: PA
•Certifications Req'd? (BLS / ACLS / etc): BLS
•DEA Req'd?: Yes, PA or IMLC LOQ
•Are vaccines mandatory?: yes, or an approved medical/religious exemption request
Credentialing/Privileging Timeframe: 60-90 days
Are you willing To License?: No
Is IMLC Accepted?: Yes
Which travel is billable (airfare / hotel / rental car / mileage / etc): all
