Desirable Practice Setting: Hospital employed practice with robust clinical and operational resources
Work Life Balance: Structured 4-day workweek. Backup Call Only; Midwives take 100% of 1st Call
Ideal Work Environment: Two da Vinci robots, Level II Neonatal Nursery, 17 single-room LDRP suites
Optimal Patient Volume: Full patient panel available day one; volumes growing year over year
Culture & Support: Established, growing OB/GYN department backed by 24/7 anesthesia and pediatric hospitalist coverage plus dedicated nursing and administrative support
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Compensation: Guaranteed annual base salary with additional wRVU production incentive
Sign On Bonus: Up to $75,000
Student Loan Repayment Assistance: Up to $100,000 (PSLF Eligible Employer)
Relocation Assistance: $10,000
Professional Growth: Annual CME allowance

Qualifications
Degree: MD or DO
Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
Licensure: Active state medical license or ability to obtain one
Sponsorship: Established H-1B visa candidates encouraged to apply
