Active Illinois Medical License (or eligibility to obtain) - RequiredDEA - Required Certifications / Qualifications
Board Eligible/Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology - RequiredCompletion of OB/GYN Residency - RequiredACLS - RequiredCPR - Required (or ability to obtain within 90 days)NRP - Required (within 6 months if not current)Current Fetal Monitoring Course (within the last 2 years) - Required Practice Details
