Are you a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible OB/GYN seeking a rare chance to step into a thriving, established patient panel from Day One?
Bluff City OBGYN is not just a practiceits a prestigious, 50-year legacy of clinical excellence in womens health. We are actively searching for a physician (new graduates welcome!) to join our tight-knit team and become the long-term successor of an established patient panel. This role offers the perfect blend of high-volume practice, academic engagement, and work-life balance in one of the South's most vibrant, historically rich cities.
The Opportunity: Growth, Academic Affiliation & Financial Stability Immediate Patient Panel: Skip the ramp-up phase. You will instantly inherit a full patient base as a long-term partner transitions to a GYN-only role, guaranteeing immediate productivity and financial stability.
Academic Connection: Engage with the next generation of physicians. Our physicians serve as Clinical Instructors at the University of Tennessee-Memphis , providing unique teaching opportunities alongside your practice.

Practice Environment & Lifestyle True Full-Scope Practice: Enjoy a diverse mix of routine obstetrics, comprehensive gynecology, essential surgeries, and in-office procedures.
Convenience & Efficiency: Our office is strategically located on the campus of our primary hospital facility , eliminating travel time and optimizing patient access and collaboration.
Exceptional Support: You will work alongside a cohesive team of 4 Board-Certified physicians and experienced Nurse Practitioners (NPs). Our clinic is supported by on-site diagnostics and screening facilities, ensuring efficient patient flow.
Predictable Workload: Schedule: A highly coveted 4-day work week with a set day off.
Call: Enjoy a manageable and collaborative 1 weekday/every 4th weekend rotation. Call is kept very light and is done comfortably from home, with flexible team swapping.
Delivery Volume: The group manages an average of 30-35 deliveries per month, ensuring consistent surgical experience without burnout.
