Santa Rosa Medical Center is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN to join a growing, hospital-employed practice in Milton, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established, high-quality team with strong referral support and access to DaVinci robotics.

Practice Overview
Hospital-employed, multi-specialty group
3 OB/GYN physicians + 1 APP
APP-friendly model
50% OB / 50% GYN mix
patients per day
Dedicated OR block time
Minor procedures in clinic (colposcopy, biopsy, IUDs)
Major cases performed in main OR
Full-time anesthesia coverage
EMR: Cerner & Athena
Robotics: 2 XI DaVinci systems
5 Labor & Delivery rooms
Level I Nursery
Dedicated C-section OR
Growth & Referral Base
Over 20 employed primary care providers
Strong independent referral relationships
Expanding into Cantonment (2026)
Projected market growth of 8%+
Two busy urgent care centers
One freestanding ED
Candidate Requirements
MD or DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
Eligible for Florida licensure
Robotics training required
Open to new graduates and experienced physicians
