Facility:
This well-established community hospital is a proud member of the Beth Israel Lahey Health system and serves as the hub for surgeries and deliveries in the region. The facility features a well-run childbirth center with a level 1B nursery, in-house anesthesia, and highly trained nursing staff, supported by strong collaboration across Gynecology, General Surgery, and Hospitalist teams.
Opportunity:
Physician - Obstetrics and Gynecology
Job Details:
Join an established, vibrant, and growing OB/Gyn practice currently consisting of six full-time physicians and six midwives, with additional planned hires
Full-time position with a hybrid Hospitalist/Laborist model
Surgeries and deliveries performed on-site at the affiliated hospital
Mentorship opportunities available for early career physicians
Care is collaboratively and compassionately delivered by peers who are invested in one another and committed to the women they serve
Work alongside highly trained nurses and strong multidisciplinary teams including Gynecology, General Surgery, and Hospitalists
Neonatologist available in the level 1B nursery and in-house anesthesia support
Serve a great patient population with multigenerational families in the community
Active Massachusetts medical license required
Compensation:
