OB/GYN Physician Strong CNM Support + $200K Student Loan Repayment Hospital-Employed OB/GYN Opportunity Light Call Family-Friendly Community

Practice Highlights
Superior Work-Life Balance : Light call with midwives handling primary call ( 25% physician intervention); Monday-Friday 8 AM-5 PM schedule (3-4 clinic days + 1 OR day); favorable 1:5 rotation with no overnight stays.
Modern Facility & Support : Well-established department in a 72-bed hospital (built 2010) using Epic EMR; 12 exam rooms + 4 labor/delivery rooms; dedicated team of 5 OB/GYNs, 7 CNMs, and 1 APRN for collaborative care.
Manageable Volume : 18-20 clinic patients/day; 75-80 deliveries/month (28% C-section rate) - balanced, sustainable workload.
Growth & Development : $3,500 CME allowance + 10 CME days; opportunities in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Package : base salary + quality bonus + sign-on bonus
Student Loan Repayment : $25,000/year (up to $200,000 over 8 years); PSLF eligible

Candidate Qualifications
MD or DO degree required
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology (OB/GYN)
Active (or eligible for) state medical license
OB/GYN experience preferred; new graduates welcome
No J-1 or H-1B visa sponsorship available
