Locums - Paducah, Kentucky, OB/GYN Hospitalist Job (IMLC Accepted)
Start Date
November 25, 2026Coverage dates: November 25-29Approximately 6-7 shifts per month with potential for additional coverage Schedule
7:00am-7:00am24-hour call coverageEMTALA call coverage Practice Setting
HospitalLabor and DeliveryLevel II nurseryOnsite labs and ultrasoundLow volume of C-section patientsMidwives take calls and deliver their own patients Patient Population / Volume
AdultsApproximately 1-6 patients per day700-800 total deliveries annually140-190 L&D triage visits per month Required Duties / Procedures
Routine vaginal deliveriesLow-forceps deliveriesDecision-making for C-sectionsComplicated deliveries, including:C-sectionsBreech deliveriesMultiple birthsAbruptions VBACsRepair of 3rd- and 4th-degree lacerationsGYN call coverage required EMR
Epic Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology through the American Board of Obstetrics and GynecologyKentucky license or active IMLCBLS requiredDEA required What is great about Paducah
