OB/GYN PHYSICIAN Phoenix Metro, Arizona Join a thriving, physician-led OB/GYN practice in one of the fastest-growing regions in the country. Position Highlights Work-Life Balance: 4.5-day schedule (Monday-Thursday + Friday half day) with shared call and scheduling flexibility
Established Practice: Join a respected, physician-led OB/GYN group with strong community demand and continued growth
Collaborative Culture: Work alongside experienced physicians, NP, and midwives in a team-focused, patient-centered environment
Immediate Volume: Practice is currently over capacity with physicians seeing 25-30+ patients/day

Advanced Technology: Access to Da Vinci robotics with strong surgical utilization
Procedural Support: Midwives trained to assist in C-sections for enhanced workflow and support

Qualifications Degree: MD/DO
Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
Licensure: Eligible for Arizona medical licensure
Experience: Open to both new graduates and experienced physicians
