Average Daily Volume: Not specified
Admissions: 2-3/day
Rounding: Assigned Patients
Phone Consults: 3-5/day
Case Mix: OB/GYN, High-risk pregnancies, Level 3 NICU
FACILITY INFORMATION EMR: Epic
Specialty Backup Available: MFM (Maternal-Fetal Medicine) on campus
Support Staff: RNs: 3-5, Office Staff: 2
NICU Level: III
PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE Hospital Privileges Required: No

REQUIRED PROCEDURES Required: Low risk pregnancy

FHR interpretation - NST/CST/FSE
OB Ultrasounds - Performance of, interpretation
Level I/Screening (viability)
Level II/Targeted (anatomic)

Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations
Preferred: Laparoscopic diagnostic/minor only - tubal ligation, LOA's, chronal tubation
Operative/major (includes diagnostic) - ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy
JOB REQUIREMENTS Board: BC/BE
Licenses: Active ID or IMLC
Fellowship: Preferred
Duties & Responsibilities Provide call coverage for obstetrics and gynecology services
Manage high-risk antepartum patients
Collaborate with Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists
Supervise family medicine residents in OB/GYN patient management
Perform deliveries (vaginal and C-section) and related procedures
